The following Terms and Conditions govern all use of the rs1project.com website and all content, services, and products available through the website (collectively referred to as our Site).

Our Site is owned and operated by RS1 Project. Our Site is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies including, without limitation, RS1 Project’s privacy policy and procedures that may be published from time to time on our Site by RS1 Project (collectively, the Agreement).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Site. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our Site or use any services. Our Site is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Payments and refunds

Our Site offers products and services for sale. Our Site does not handle payments for these products or services directly but rather refers these payments to a secure third-party payment processor which handles all aspects of the payment process. Any payment processing issues should be resolved directly with the payment processor. All other payment-related questions, disputes, or issues must be resolved directly with RS1 Project. Once we have been notified by the payment processor that a payment has been made, and that the payment has successfully passed a fraud review, access will be granted to the product or service being purchased as soon as possible, however, we make no guarantees of timeliness or immediacy. You may also request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of the payment provided that this was your first purchase with us. Note that RS1 Project will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid if you violate any part of this Agreement.

License

Unless otherwise stated, RS1 Project and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access our Site for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these Terms and Conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from our Site.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from our Site.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from our Site.
• Redistribute content from our Site.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Third-party links

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites. These third-party sites have separate and independent terms and conditions and privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Hyperlinking to our Site

The following organizations may link to our Site without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;
• Search engines;
• News organizations;
• Online directory distributors may link to our Site in the same manner as they hyperlink to the sites of other listed businesses; and
• System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Site.

If you are one of the organizations listed in the paragraphs above and are interested in linking to our Site, we ask you to inform us by sending an email to hi@rs1project.com. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Site, and a list of the URLs on our Site to which you would like to link to.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Site as follows

• By use of our business name; or
• By use of the URL being linked to; or
• Using any other description of our Site being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.

No use of RS1 Project's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Content liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your site. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your site. No link(s) should appear on any site that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Site. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Site upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Site, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking Terms and Conditions.

Removal of links from our Site

If you find any link on our Site that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly. We do not ensure that the information on our Site is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that our Site remains available or that the material on our Site is kept up to date.

Disclaimer

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between RS1 Project and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of RS1 Project, or by the posting by RS1 Project of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of our Site will be governed by the laws of England, UK, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the courts located in London, UK. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its Terms and Conditions; RS1 Project may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

From time to time, we may make adjustments to this document. Changes will be made at our sole discretion. Site users are encouraged to check this document for such changes. Your continued use of our Site following changes to this document constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
